Andrew was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Langham Creek High School in 2003 and graduated with honors from Texas Tech University in 2007. He earned his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School in 2011.
After law school, Andrew began his career working as a petroleum landman crew chief, where he managed a team of landman to research, analyze, and review complex real estate title, with a focus on oil, gas, and coal ownership. Andrew’s team helped a private company locate, target, and acquire hundreds of thousands of mineral acres within the Utica shale.
In 2015, Andrew joined Ted A. Cox, PC, where he specializes in a variety of matters, including: residential and commercial real estate, commercial litigation, probate, and wills, trusts, and estates. Andrew represents individuals, developers, businesses, title companies, and homeowner associations in all phases of their legal needs.
Andrew lives on the west side of Houston with his wife, Shannon, and their daughter, Penelope. They are members of the St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
